Zip Flow is a path-drawing puzzle game. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. It’s written to match exactly what the app does — not a generic template.
This policy is issued by Nudgebit (“we,” “us”), the developer of Zip Flow. It applies to anyone who downloads or uses the app.
You sign in with your Google account. We receive your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique account identifier from Google Sign-In. We use this to create your Zip Flow profile and to let you sign in on other devices.
As you play, we store the data needed to run the game: your chosen username, level and streak progress, puzzle completion times, hint usage, milestone badges you’ve earned, and — if you add friends — your friend list and how you compare on leaderboards.
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your advertising ID and interact with your device to select and measure ads. Where required, we ask for your consent before any personalized advertising happens — see Section 5.
We use Sentry to automatically capture crash reports and error diagnostics if something goes wrong, so we can fix it. These reports can include device type, OS version, and a snapshot of app state at the time of the error — never your puzzle solutions or private messages, because the app doesn’t have those.
If you enable notifications (for daily puzzle reminders or friend activity), we store a device token used to deliver them. You can turn this off at any time in Settings or your device’s system settings.
What we don’t collect: Zip Flow doesn’t request your precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone, and doesn’t have a chat or messaging feature.
We do not sell your personal information.
Zip Flow is built on the following services, each of which processes some data on our behalf under its own privacy terms:

Where required by law (including for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), Zip Flow asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Options in the app.
If you don’t consent, or aren’t shown a consent request, you may still see non-personalized ads, which are selected using general context rather than your ad activity.
We share information only with the service providers listed in Section 4, each acting on our behalf, and only as needed to run the app. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case you’d be notified before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, gameplay history, and friend connections within [X] days, except where we’re required to retain certain records for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details in Section 11 to exercise these rights.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” — Zip Flow doesn’t sell personal information, and any ad-related sharing can be limited via the consent controls in Section 5.
Zip Flow is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
We rely on Firebase’s infrastructure and access-control rules to protect your data, and access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using practices appropriate to what we collect.
If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you in the app.
